Belinda Wick-Graham

Belinda Wick-Graham

Belinda is the Director of Economic and Community Development at the Town of Minto where she has worked in the field for 17 years. She is a Certified Economic Developer with EDAC and IEDC, as well as holding an Honours Bachelor of Tourism Studies and a Certificate in Downtown Revitalization. In her role, she has been actively involved in all areas of economic development including investment attraction, business retention and expansion, small business development, workforce development, tourism, culture, and downtown revitalization. In 2017, she was honoured with the prestigious Joseph Montgomery Economic Development Achievement Award and has led the Town of Minto in receiving numerous other EDCO awards.

Belinda is passionate about the economic development profession and speaks frequently to municipalities considering hiring economic development professionals, in addition to receiving frequent invitations to speak at the University of Waterloo’s Economic Development Programs.  Known for her collaborative and innovative approach to economic development, Belinda has been an active member of EDCO participating for many years on the Conference and Membership Committees.
